Based completely on your individual needs, this Body/Energy/Mind massage Incorporates a wide variety of body work that focuses on unwinding accumulated muscle tension and posture correction as well as increasing mobility and immune function while promoting a deeper more healing sleep.

The Body Hypnosis Relaxation Therapy not only includes comfortable yet powerfully effective myofascial deep tissue work, it goes even deeper on a subconscious level that protects the mind from everyday stress triggers and seals in the physical benefits of the session which results in longer lasting effects and more control over your reactions to everyday living and also unwanted suprises.

Sessions last between 75- 105 minutes
with 60 minutes for the massage portion.
Included is a hypnosis CD for many great night's of sleep.
$132 for one or recieve a set of 3 sessions for $375
Only have time for a 60 minute non-hypnosis massage? $85

Because I want you to be satisfied that I am meeting the expectations of your session, if you feel our goal has not been met before you leave the session, I will refund 50% of your session fee. You simply leave without the CDs or therapeutic tools. It is just as important to me that we are a good team for your health needs.

Sessions start at 10:30am every day.
